Bridging the precision of finance with the expressive world of art, Samik De (b. 1980) is a Kolkata-based contemporary artist with over two decades of practice. His vibrant figurative works draw deeply from mythology, reimagining familiar icons through a bold contemporary visual language. Since beginning his professional journey in 2001, he has held eight solo shows and participated in numerous exhibitions across India and internationally. His works are held in various private and corporate collections.
